How we handle your data when you use the Toxic Lounge pre‑signup form.
1. What we collect
When you submit the pre‑signup form, we store the username you enter and the IP address of the device you use.
2. Why we collect this
We use this information only to manage the pre‑signup list and to prevent abuse, for example by limiting the number of signups from the same IP address.
3. Legal basis
By filling out and submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you give your voluntary consent for us to process this data for the purposes described on this page.
4. Sharing of data
We do not sell or share this information with third parties, unless we are legally required to do so.
5. Retention
We keep your pre‑signup data until the launch of Toxic Lounge and for up to 1 month afterwards, unless you request deletion earlier. If the project does not launch, we will delete the pre‑signup list within 1 month.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the following rights under data protection law (GDPR / UK GDPR): the right to access your data, the right to request correction or deletion, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to certain processing.
For users outside the EU/EEA or UK, we apply the same principles and will handle any reasonable request to access or delete your data, even if your local privacy laws are different.
